Assisted stretch therapy
Move through life with more room.
Guided, individualized stretching for athletes, desk-bound bodies, busy parents, and anyone who wants to feel less restricted.

You relax. Natalie guides.
Mobility work without turning it into another workout.
Natalie offers assisted proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation (PNF) stretching, using controlled positioning and gentle pressure to help tight muscles release and joints move through a comfortable range. Each session responds to your body rather than forcing a predetermined routine.
Natalie completed the StretchLab Flexologist Training Program in Applied Stretching Theory and Practice in September 2024. View her training.
What is PNF stretching?
Proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation, or PNF, combines supported stretching with brief, gentle muscle contractions. Natalie may guide you to press against light resistance, relax, and then ease into a comfortable stretch. You participate rather than being pulled into a position.
The goal is to practice a comfortable range of motion and support flexibility. The effort and range are tailored to you; sharp pain is a signal to stop and adjust. Results vary, and stretching does not replace injury assessment or rehabilitation.
