These terms apply to new purchases and appointments accepted under this version. Existing purchases keep their agreed terms. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
Refunds & non-refundable purchases
Appointment & cancellation policy
Give at least 48 hours’ notice to avoid a fee. Less than 48 hours: 50% of the base session price. Same-day cancellation, no-shows, or arrival 20 minutes or more late: 100%. Only one fee applies. No fee applies to an unconfirmed request.
Booking & payment
Massage and stretching appointments are reserved through Square after the customer chooses a service and receives a booking confirmation. Square requires a card on file, charges $0 at booking, and leaves the advertised service balance due at the appointment. Spray tanning, package, and gift arrangements are confirmed directly with Natalie. A credit-card surcharge of up to 3% may apply. Natalie discloses it before payment and it appears on the receipt. It does not apply to cash, debit cards, or prepaid cards. Never send card details by text, email, or a website form.
Cancel or reschedule
Call or text 916-997-5960 at least 48 hours before your confirmed appointment to cancel or reschedule without a fee. Less than 48 hours’ notice costs 50% of the agreed base session price. Same-day cancellation, a no-show, or arrival 20 minutes or more late costs 100% instead. Same-day means the appointment’s calendar date in Central time. Fees are not added together; only the highest applicable fee applies. Add-ons, gratuity, and travel are excluded from these fees. Pending requests can be canceled without charge.
Prepaid visits & gifts
For a package or membership, fees use the amount actually paid per session, not the full regular price. A cancellation with less than 48 hours’ notice, before the appointment day, uses half that session’s paid value; same-day cancellation, a no-show, or arrival 20 minutes or more late uses one session. Natalie records either a prepaid deduction or a payment charge, never both for the same fee. A gift is charged only for an authorized fee, never its entire balance simply because a visit was missed.
Arrival & emergencies
Arrive at least five minutes early. Allow extra time to find the location, complete the available paper intake form, or discuss several concerns. If you are late, your session may end at its original time at the agreed price. Call or text if delayed. Illness, unsafe weather, or emergencies may qualify for a fee waiver at Natalie’s discretion; please contact her as soon as possible rather than attending while ill.
If Natalie cancels
No cancellation fee applies. Choose to reschedule or receive a refund of the prepaid amount for that visit. Package and membership credit is restored, with an extension if needed. Payments made with a gift return to that gift’s balance.
Comfort & service suitability
Massage and stretching support wellness and do not replace medical care. Discuss pregnancy, injuries, sensitivities, and any needed clearance through Natalie’s intake process. You can ask to adjust or stop a session. Professional boundaries and appropriate draping apply. A parent or legal guardian must provide written consent for minors and confirm attendance requirements with Natalie.
Studio visits & mobile tanning
Massage and assisted stretching take place inside the Sowilo building in Sapulpa. Spray tanning is offered in the studio or mobile within 20 miles of Sapulpa. For mobile tanning, agree on access, a suitable space, location, and any travel cost before booking. Follow Natalie’s preparation, rinse-time, and aftercare guidance. No automatic repeat service or extra charge is authorized by these policies.
Gift card policy
Paid gift value never expires. No inactivity fees. Service gifts carry the dollar amount purchased; appointments are booked separately.
What your gift covers
Choose credit equal to a listed massage, stretch, pregnancy massage, The Works session, spray tan, or package—or choose $1–$500. Every gift is dollar credit with Healing Touch by Natalie, including Golden Touch tanning. A service name is a suggestion, not a reservation or a guarantee of future service prices. The recipient may choose another eligible service and pay any difference.
Validity & balances
Paid gift value does not expire and has no inactivity or maintenance fees. Use part now and keep the remainder for another visit. Current service prices apply when redeemed. Add-ons, agreed travel costs, applicable tax, optional gratuities, and any disclosed credit-card surcharge are not included in the suggested service amount or added to the gift value.
Packages & memberships
A gift suggesting a package remains gift credit until the recipient purchases that package. The package’s three-month use window starts when it is purchased with the gift, not when the gift was sent. Gifts cannot fund recurring membership charges or buy other gift cards.
Delivery & security
A gift becomes usable only after successful payment and activation. Check the recipient’s email before purchase and keep the receipt. Treat the gift code like cash. Contact Natalie promptly about a lost or misdirected gift; remaining value can be replaced when ownership and the balance can be verified. Already-used value cannot be replaced.
Refunds
Gift purchases are final and cannot be exchanged for cash except as required by law. If a payment is duplicated or made in error, contact Natalie with the receipt before using the gift. If Natalie permanently cannot provide services, contact her to arrange a refund of verified unused paid value. A refund returns to the original payment method and reduces the gift balance by the refunded amount.
Appointments
The recipient accepts the appointment policy when booking. Buying a gift does not authorize charges to the buyer’s payment card for the recipient’s appointments. A missed appointment does not cancel the whole gift: any agreed fee is limited to the appointment policy and is applied only once, with the recipient’s authorization.
Package policy
Use the included visits within three months of purchase. After that, unused paid value remains service credit. Packages do not renew automatically.
What you purchase
Each massage package includes three custom or pregnancy massages at the selected duration. Each stretch package includes six full-body assisted stretches at the selected duration, without massage. Packages are prepaid for one named client. Add-ons cost $10 each per visit and are optional; travel and applicable tax are separate. Package and membership discounts cannot be combined.
Three-month use window
Complete the included visits within three months of the package purchase date. The receipt confirms that date and the use-by date. Book ahead; buying a package does not reserve appointment times. For a package purchased using a gift card, this window starts when the gift is redeemed for the package.
After three months
The discounted session entitlement ends, but unused paid value does not disappear. It becomes service credit with no expiration or inactivity fees, usable at then-current prices. Credit equals the package price minus the allocated paid value of completed sessions, valid cancellation fees, and any refunds. There is no retroactive repricing of completed visits. For example, after one visit in a $330 three-session package, $220 remains.
Changes, refunds & transfers
Contact Natalie before the use-by date if illness or her availability prevents completion; she can extend the window. An entirely unused package may be canceled within seven days for a refund to its original payment method. After that, or once used, remaining paid value stays as service credit except where a refund is required by law or Natalie cannot provide the service. Ask Natalie before transferring unused visits to someone else so intake and the balance can be updated.
Missed appointments
The appointment policy applies. A cancellation with less than 48 hours’ notice, before the appointment day, uses 50% of one session’s allocated paid value. Same-day cancellation, a no-show, or arrival 20 minutes or more late uses one session. No extra cancellation charge is added for the same visit. Unused prepaid add-ons stay as credit. Natalie confirms any deduction and the remaining balance.
Existing membership terms
These terms are provided for memberships previously arranged with Natalie. New recurring memberships are not currently sold through this website.
Renews monthly after separate payment authorization. Cancel before renewal with no cancellation fee. Sessions roll over for 90 days; unused paid value remains credit afterward.
Monthly billing
Choose one, two, three, or four custom massages per month at the selected duration. Your confirmed plan renews monthly until canceled. Your first successful payment supplies that month’s sessions; the recurring-payment agreement shows the exact total and renewal date before you authorize it. No enrollment fee or minimum term. Four sessions per month means 48 per year, not one appointment every week.
Rollover & paid value
Use each month’s sessions within 90 days of that payment, using the oldest first. After 90 days, any unused paid value becomes non-expiring service credit toward then-current prices; the discounted session entitlement ends. Paid value is the monthly price divided among that month’s sessions, less use, valid cancellation fees, or refunds. Cancellation does not erase it.
Cancel, change or pause
Cancel before the next renewal by email to natshealingtouch@gmail.com, or by text or call to 916-997-5960. There is no cancellation fee. The time your request is received determines the cutoff, not when Natalie replies. Keep your sent message or other confirmation; any renewal charged after a timely cancellation will be refunded. Request plan changes or a one-month pause before renewal. A pause adds no charge or sessions; existing sessions retain their use window. Canceling a membership does not cancel appointments already booked.
Appointments & extras
Appointments depend on availability and are arranged with Natalie. Membership is for one person and covers custom massage only. Add-ons cost $10 each per visit; pregnancy massage, dedicated cupping-and-stretching, standalone stretch, tanning, travel, and applicable tax are separate. Discounts cannot be combined. Massage and stretching take place in the Sapulpa studio.
Late changes & no-shows
The appointment policy applies. Less than 48 hours’ notice, before the appointment day, uses half of one session’s allocated paid value. Same-day cancellation, a no-show, or arrival 20 minutes or more late uses one session. Remaining paid value is kept as credit. A fee is applied only once. If Natalie cancels, choose a restored session with an extension if needed, or a refund of that session’s paid value.
Payment issues & refunds
Failed payments add no sessions and do not erase paid credit. Natalie will contact you to resolve the payment; no additional late-payment fee applies. Completed monthly payments are not automatically refunded when you cancel. Contact Natalie about duplicate or incorrect charges. If she cannot provide paid services, unused paid value is refundable. Any refund reduces the associated credit. Membership price changes require at least 30 days’ notice before renewal; you can cancel before the new price takes effect.

Packages
An entirely unused package is refundable within seven days of purchase. After seven days or any use, purchases are non-refundable unless required by law or Natalie cannot provide the service; unused paid value remains service credit. Completed visits are not repriced at the regular rate when calculating that credit.
Existing memberships
Canceling stops future renewals when your request arrives before the next billing date. Payments already made are non-refundable unless required by law, charged incorrectly, or Natalie cannot provide the paid services. Unused paid value remains credit. A renewal charged after a timely cancellation will be refunded.
Appointments & completed services
Cancel an individually prepaid visit at least 48 hours ahead and choose a refund or rescheduling. Package and membership visits return to their prepaid balance, subject to those purchase terms. Later cancellations and no-shows follow the appointment policy; any remaining individually prepaid amount is refundable. Completed services are generally non-refundable. Please contact Natalie promptly about a concern so she can discuss an appropriate remedy. This does not limit refunds required by law.
Errors & provider cancellations
Verified duplicate or incorrect charges will be corrected. If Natalie cancels a visit, choose rescheduling or a refund of that visit’s paid value. If she permanently cannot provide a prepaid service, verified unused paid value is refundable. No cancellation fee applies when Natalie cancels.
How to request a refund
Call or text 916-997-5960 or email natshealingtouch@gmail.com with your name and receipt or request reference. Do not send payment-card details. Approved refunds return to the original payment method; gift-funded amounts return to the gift balance. Split payments are refunded to their respective sources. Refunded value is removed from the associated credit once. Bank processing times vary; Natalie will confirm the amount and provide a refund receipt after processing.
