Fire cupping
Suction-based soft-tissue work with a different feel from hands-on pressure.
Massage & bodywork
Tell Natalie where you feel tension and what you want from your visit. She adjusts pressure, pace, and techniques with your feedback.

Customized by goal
You do not need to diagnose your own tension or select every technique before booking. Choose the amount of time you want; Natalie will talk through pressure preferences, recent activity, areas to avoid, and what you would like to feel when the session is over.
Natalie will help you choose custom massage, The Works, or pregnancy massage. Optional enhancements are $10 each per visit; agree on any additions and the total before your session.
Natalie is an Oklahoma licensed massage therapist and has completed Graston Technique Essential Training in instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization. View her license and training.
Light-pressure, flowing massage focused on relaxation and easing everyday muscular tension.
Focused work for training fatigue, recovery, and the movement demands of your sport.
Slower, intentional pressure for persistent tension and dense, overworked areas.
A supportive pregnancy pillow allows face-down positioning when appropriate for your comfort and session. Natalie will help you choose a comfortable setup.
A customized session targeting two or three primary muscle groups based on your sport, activity, and individual needs. Sports massage, PNF assisted stretching, Graston Technique®, and fire cupping are combined to support comfortable movement, flexibility, and recovery.
Optional techniques for focused soft-tissue work when appropriate for your goals.
A clear standard of care
Massage is performed on a professional table with secure draping. Only the area currently being worked is uncovered; your waist, lower body, and private areas remain covered throughout the session.

Care through a changing season
A gentle, individualized session with time to settle in, adjust your position, and focus on the areas that feel overworked.
Choose a calming pace and comfortable pressure, with attention to everyday back, shoulder, and hip tension.
Natalie adapts the setup with cushions and support. A pregnancy pillow may allow face-down positioning when appropriate; your comfort guides the choice.
Share your stage of pregnancy, symptoms, and any restrictions from your prenatal clinician. Discuss medical concerns or a high-risk pregnancy with that clinician before booking.
Massage is supportive wellness care, not treatment for pregnancy complications or a way to induce labor. Tell Natalie immediately if a position or technique feels uncomfortable.
